23.7.1. Workshop Summary#

This workshop describes how to implement spike sorting algorithms for neural data on an HPC cluster. A comprehensive pipeline guides participants to efficiently spike sort data using GPUs and visualize their outputs on a web app. The workshop provides interactive examples using Neuropixels data and Kilosort4, though participants can use custom data loaders and SpykingCircus2 instead.

  • Access to O2 or the FASRC cluster (Kempner AI cluster access is not necessary)
