[KempnerPulse](https://github.com/KempnerInstitute/kempnerpulse) is a terminal dashboard developed at the Kempner Institute for NVIDIA DCGM hardware-counter metrics. It helps distinguish headline GPU utilization from actual SM, tensor-core, memory, and graphics-engine activity, with awareness of SLURM and CUDA GPU visibility.
